Due to the COVID-19, David Laroche had to pivot into a full online coaching instead of an hybrid one so I was in charge of improving the conversion funnel. I Optimized the conversion funnel focusing on enhancing the efficiency of the advertising team through improved tracking and analytics. I also collaborated with a copywriter to design more efficient lead-generation funnels, craft email sequences to boost lead conversion rates, and implemented marketing automation strategies to streamline processes and maximize engagement in our webinars.
